Hey there! I'm an actor, writer, and theatre creator based in NYC. I grew up in Green Bay, Seattle, Nashville, and Boston. My degree is in Psychology and Philosophy but here I am, doing the acting. Keeps me on my toes.
My high school English teacher inspired me to reimagine the classics, and I've been exploring that idea ever since. If you gave me a million dollars, I'd make a stage play of The Picture of Dorian Gray and a musical of Circe by Madeline Miller. Atonement is my favorite movie--if you haven't seen it, please leave and go do that now.
I like wild animals, vintage cars, hiking, and Dwell magazine. If I wasn't acting I'd probably be a professor or an architect. Or a bobcat.
Thanks for stopping by!
NO WAY BACK
How far will one man go to save the people he loves?......(we'll never know!)
NBC elected not to pick up this series, created by The Path's Jessica Goldberg. It started Derek Luke, Jeri Ryan, Raúl Esparza, Kearran Giovanni, and Paula Newsome. It was my first TV job and I played Jeri and Raúl's eldest son. A dream.
THE BAD GUY...
The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe
A new adaptation of C.S. Lewis' classic novel shed new light on a timeworn tale and fused story theatre conventions with the high design that has become Studio Tenn's calling card. Plus, I got the rare chance to play the villain and scare children. It was a blast.
